Do you take a percentage of my bookings?

No — ZYNLA is a flat monthly fee. No per-booking commission and no marketplace fees.

Why is ZYNLA priced differently to other booking apps?

Some booking platforms appear cheaper because they charge per staff member, add extra fees as you grow, or take marketplace commissions on new clients.


ZYNLA uses a flat monthly fee that includes booking, reminders, missed-call texts, review requests, and client follow-ups — so your costs stay predictable as your team grows.


For example, platforms that charge per staff can cost significantly more for larger teams:

What’s included in “fair-use” SMS and calls?

Fair use covers the everyday stuff: booking confirmations, reminders, missed-call text-back, and normal client follow-up.
If you ever need very high-volume promotional messaging, we’ll discuss options first no surprise bills.

Do I need a website or a new number?

No. You can keep booking through DMs and just use a link-in-bio booking page. If you want missed-call text-back, we can set up a business number or connect your existing number during onboarding.

Won’t my customers be confused by a random number?

Good question — it won’t come from a random number. It comes from your dedicated business number, and the message clearly includes your business name, so clients know it’s you. It’s just a polite way to catch bookings when you’re in an appointment, driving, or can’t answer — and it sends them straight to your booking link.

Do I need a website to use ZYNLA?

No. You’ll get a clean booking link you can put in your Instagram bio, Google Business Profile, and messages.

Will clients get booking confirmations and reminders automatically?

Yes. ZYNLA can automatically send confirmation and reminder messages so clients show up and you spend less time chasing.

Can ZYNLA help me get more Google reviews?

Yes. ZYNLA can send a review request after appointments (with your link), which helps you build trust and rank higher locally.

What if it’s too expensive / I’m not sure it’ll work for my salon?

That’s completely fair. The easiest way to decide is to start with the short demo video first — it shows exactly what ZYNLA looks like for a salon like yours (the booking link, reminders, missed-call text-back and follow-ups). If it feels like it would genuinely save you time and stop missed bookings, we choose the lowest plan that fits. If it doesn’t feel right, there’s no pressure to move forward.

Do you offer a free trial?

At the moment, ZYNLA doesn’t offer a free trial because it’s not a plug-and-play app — it’s a done-with-you setup that needs to be branded and configured to match how your salon actually runs (services, staff, hours, booking rules, message templates and automations). Instead of giving you a trial that isn’t fully set up (and doesn’t show the real results), you’ll receive a short demo video first so you can see exactly how it works before you decide.

If it looks like a fit after the demo, we choose a plan, and then you complete the onboarding + staff forms so everything is set up properly.

Do my staff and customers get separate logins?

Staff can have their own logins so they can view schedules and manage bookings (you control who gets access and what they can do).
Customers don’t need a login — they simply book through your booking link.

Where can I put my booking link?

Anywhere your clients already find you, like:

Instagram bio (and Story highlights)

Facebook page + pinned post

Google Business Profile (Bookings / Website link)

Your website (buttons like “Book Now”)

SMS replies / DMs (quick send)

What happens when a client clicks the booking link?

They open your online booking page where they can:

Choose a service

Pick a staff member (if you allow staff selection)

Select a day + time

Enter their details
Then ZYNLA sends the confirmation (and reminders if enabled), and the booking appears in your calendar automatically.

Will clients see my salon brand (or ZYNLA) when booking?

The booking page is clean and conversion-focused (styling is limited), but your messages, booking flow, and client portal can be branded to match your salon.

What if I don’t have socials (or I only have Instagram/Facebook) and clients usually DM/call to book?

That’s totally fine — ZYNLA works even if you don’t have a website or full social presence.

No socials? You can still use a simple booking link that you text to clients, add to your Google Business Profile, or turn into a QR code for in-salon.

Only Instagram/Facebook? Put the booking link in your bio and send it in DMs with one tap so clients can book themselves without back-and-forth.

Prefer calls only? You can keep taking calls the same way, and use ZYNLA to reduce admin with confirmations/reminders and missed-call follow-up (so you don’t lose bookings when you’re busy).

You choose how automated you want it — the goal is to keep it easy for you and your clients.
